QAttack Software is a quality assurance software that allows the operator to develop database links for location, department, section, standard (CLIA, CAP or JCAHO), and type of question.
     The question links appear on an incident log and can be answered linking them to any employee. They can be viewed graphically using an XMR or standard graph. The operator also can develop databases for employee competency, evaluation, and continuing education and view them as a single image.
