Five-part differential control with retics

For Abbott Cell-Dyn 3200 and 4000

Para 12 Plus Retics is a whole blood five-part differential control with reticulocytes. It has extended closed-vial stability of 75 days.
The product is now assayed for the Abbott Cell-Dyn 3200 and Abbott Cell-Dyn 4000. This whole blood control offers assay values for critical parameters of these instruments, including the nucleated red blood cell parameter and reticulocytes. A manual reticulocyte assay is also included.
Stable and reproducible white blood cell differential and reticulocyte scattergrams compare closely with the scattergrams of normal whole blood, for identification of reagent and instrument changes based on control scattergrams.
Open-vial stability is 7 days when refrigerated.
