This company has introduced a liquid stable, ready to use Amylase Assay test kit for the quantitative determination of amylase activity in serum. The reagent uses E-pNP-G7 as its chromogenic substrate. The test is for use on the Roche Cobas Mira.
     The reagent has a linearity to 2000 U/L, along with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and slope of 0.945 compared to the instrument manufacturer’s reagent.
