The Sensititre Streptococcus pneumoniae MIC plate offers recently cleared Quinolones antimicrobials and Linezolid, as well as penicillin, gatifloxacin, moxifloxacin, Augmentin, levogloxacin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefepime, meropenem, cefuroxime, erythromycin, tetracycline, azitrhromycin, clarithromycin, chloramphenicol, sparfloxacin, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and vancomycin.
     The plate may be inoculated either manually or automatically. The shelf life is 18 months. The plates may be stored at room temperature, reducing some storage, handling and shipping costs associated with frozen plates.
