     The liquid, stable assay features a modified reaction rate that provides a significant increase in precision. Additionally, the reagent will not crystallize at refrigerated temperatures, common in reagent compartments, resulting in a shelf life of 36 months even after opening.
     Creatinine assays have traditionally been troublesome to adapt to some models of chemistry analyzers. This assay, which allows automated measurement at optimal read times, was designed to overcome those challenges.
