ANA screening ELISA

Uses only purified native and recombinant proteins

The Bindazyme ANA Screening ELISA kit uses only purified native and recombinant proteins.
This configuration provides greater lot-to-lot consistency and fewer false positives/negatives than kits that use a combination of antigens and HEp-2 extract. The screening assay contains a single “cut off” control of Ž10U/ml (determined by measuring ANA levels in 100 normal male and 100 normal female blood donors).
The kit is complete with 96 break-apart wells, positive and negative controls, conjugate, sample diluent (common to the ENA assay also) and Substrate and Stop Solution (common to all Bindazyme assays). All reagents and wells are color-coded for identification. Samples can be run in single for optimum cost efficiency, and 30, 30, 30 minute incubations enable maximum throughput on automated systems.
