AxSYM Plus is an enhanced version of this company’s automated immunoassay instrument system.
    New features of the system include advanced computer software for automatic troubleshooting, improved ergonomics and a pressure monitoring system for determining the integrity of patient samples.
     The AxSYM provides a broad menu of tests with continuous access, random access and STAT testing capabilities. Key features of the instrument include a menu of more than 75 assays, full disease state panels, multiple technologies including micro-particle enzyme immunoassay and fluorescence polarization immunoassay, STAT testing capability with results available in as little as 11 minutes, throughput of up to 120 tests per hour, positive identification of bar code samples, a touch screen computer monitor, and the ability to track inventory and waste levels automatically.
