     The CFI60 Optical System, with 60mm parfocal distance, offers longer working distances with high N.A. (Numerical Aperture) objectives. Excellent optical performance allows for , sharp images in all magnifications, high resolution and contrast, chromatic aberration free correction (CF), and high transmission rates.
     The E400 also allows for multiple observation techniques such as brightfield, darkfield, epi-fluorescence and phase contrast.
