FDA clearance permits CT, NG, HPV and cervical lesion testing from liquid Pap vial
 This company’s ThinPrep Pap Test specimen can now be used to test for Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhea (NG) using Roche Diagnostics’ Cobas Amplicor automated system. A single specimen can be used for cervical cancer screening, HPV follow-up of borderline results and now additional sexually transmitted infections.
