C-Reactive Protein has been added to Liquichek Lipids Control, in levels optimized for high sensitivity C-Reactive protein (hs-CRP) assays. Testing for hs-CRP, in combination with lipids testing, has been reported to provide predictive information regarding the risk for future cardiac events.
     This product can aid in monitoring a wide range of lipids testing. It has performance claims for: total cholesterol; HDL; LDL; triglycerides; lipoprotein (a); apolipoprotein A-1; apolipoprotein B, pholpholipids and hs-CRP.
     The control is made from human serum and is designed for multiple methods and instruments.
