The Safe-Point Vac is a multi-draw needle with a safety sheath and tube holder all pre-attached and ready to use. There are no pouches to open, leaving more space on phlebotomy trays to store the Safe-Point Vac.
     After the draw, pushing the sheath forward until a click is heard will indicated that the sheath has been locked over needle successfully. This provides immediate point of puncture protection as the needle withdraws into the sheath while exiting the vein. Available in 21 ga. and 22 ga. needles. The Safe-point Vac is designed to protect against the spread of blood borne pathogens.
