     The MESACUP ANA ELISA uses a mixture of highly purified proteins and patented recombinant antigens for detecting connective tissue diseases, including Jo-1, RNP, SSA, SSB, Scl-70, CENP-B, Sm, and dsDNA in a 96 well microtiter format. Recombinant proteins are used to reduce lot-to-lot variation and increase sensitivity and specificity.
     The RhiGene MESACUP-2 tests are semi-quantitative assays in ELISA format for the detection of IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies to Sm, RNP, SSA (Ro), SSB (La), and Scl-70. The MESACUP–2 test RNP, testing only for RNP antibodies, is valuable in the diagnosis of MCTD. Results correlate very well with the MESACUP ANA ELISA, as well as other ENA methods, for objective interpretation.
     Dsg 1 & 3 ELISA Kits are semi-quantitative assays for the detection of autoantibodies to desmoglein 1 (Dsg1) and desmoglein 3 (Dsg3) for the diagnosis of pemphigus and the distinction between pemphigus vulgaris and pemphigus foliaceus. BP180 ELISA Kit is a semi-quantitative assay for the detection of autoantibodies to BP180 NC16a associated with Bullous Pemphigoid (BP), an acquired autoimmune disease of the skin and mucous membrane.
     These assays offer ready to use reagents and are easily automated.
