Blood drawing kit

Latex-free model in disposable bag

productThis latex free blood drawing kit has been designed to deal with the problem of latex sensitivity. The kit is to be carried on a regular phlebotomy tray or on point of care testing units. The 4 x 6 inch kit is disposable and contains a pair of vinyl gloves, a vinyl tourniquet, a three-inch foam bandage and an alcohol wipe.
This kit comes in a compact disposable zip lock bag, which can be used to contain the items after use. The small size and compact design allows for easy storage on the phlebotomy tray. This kit comes packaged as 20 units per case.
The use of latex gloves has grown dramatically over the past years due to an increased awareness of bloodborne pathogens and the implementation of universal precautions. Latex sensitivity affects both health care workers and patients.
