QML combines the power of Quick-Serv and Quick-Linc with the added benefit of supporting devices and test menus offered from multiple vendors. Quick-Multi-Linc is a comprehensive point-of-care testing (POCT) data and interface management system that manages results from multiple vendors through a single integrated system. It provides the functionality to effectively manage the testing, QC, devices, and operators that interact in a highly automated decentralized testing environment and ensures that the data is uploaded into the Host clinical system through a single interface process. This system eliminates the need to learn and maintain the POC program through multiple data management systems and interfaces, which results in significant savings for hardware, training, support, and interfacing.
The QML system now includes Client Server and other new features designed to enhance workflow efficiencies.
Client Server provides POCT access from multiple workstations with the server securely located in IT.
New ExceptionQ processing streamlines review of results, access to all other sample information, sorting of samples, addition of electronic notes, and updating of status (e.g., excluding from Levey Jenning statistics and not forwarding to the interface).
Operator Bar Code labels can be printed for placement on operator badges and scanning at test time. Operators for the Operator List can now be selected by location, device type, and certification date range.
