Antiphospholipid antibodies
Two new ELISA test kits
This company has introduced two Imuclone ELISA ntiphospholipid (aPL) test kits. Imuclone ELISA test kits can be utilized for the rapid quantitation of IgG anad IgM aPL antibody levels in either human serum or plasma. They are intended for use as part of a panel of assays for the detection and diagnosis of Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS). Imuclone IgM and IgM aPL assays feature high specificity and no susceptibility to false positives from samples with HIV, syphilis, Q fever or Lyme disease. In addition, they display less non-specific binding, while demonstrating increased sensitivity. Each test kit contains sufficient reagents and microwell test plates for 96 separate assays, as well as normal and abnormal control plasmas and calibration materials.
