The ESR Stat 180 measures erythrocyte sedimentation rate from EDTA whole blood with results available in 3 minutes. It uses laser optics and kinetics to provide the user with a 0.956 correlation to the Westergren method. Featuring a calibrated plastic analysis tube filled with a 20 microliter sample, the system accepts 3 patient samples in each cycle.
