MasterPlex QT Analysis Software is specifically designed for the streamlined analysis of multiplex data generated with the Luminex 100. The software provides for quick and easy analysis of the complex data file without the need for continuous cutting and pasting. This program with its template design function, ensures flexibility, allowing the use of replicate data and different regression models for each standard curve. MasterPlex’s user-friendly interface enables the user to obtain fast and accurate results.
     As a result of the template design function, the software follows the experimental design instead of dictating it. In addition, once a template is set up, it can be saved and used for future experiments. This product allows for the choice of a different regression model for each standard curve, thus enabling the achievement of ultimate flexibility. The software allows the user to look at the distribution of analytes throughout a sample either graphically or in a report. Reports can be exported to an html file, spreadsheet or text file.
