Lipoprotein(a) assay

Reagent for many manufacturers’ chemistry analyzers

c01.jpg (9687 bytes)This company has introduced a new Lp(a) reagent for the quantitative determination of human Lp(a) by immunoturbidimetric assay on many chemistry analyzers including Roche/Hitachi, Olympus, Beckman, and others.
The new Lp(a) reagent is liquid and ready to use, and has an assay range of 5 to 150 mg/dL. No sample dilution is required. Within run precision is below 5 percent CV.
     Lp(a) may be used in conjunction with other lipoprotein tests for risk assessment of coronary artery disease for specific populations. Package inserts and instrument applications are available upon request.
