The Lung Cancer Array and Inflammation Array now available from this company are for use with the MGX 4D Array System using the patented Flow-Thru Chip.
     The lung cancer array contains 192 elements, with 160 representing 80 unique lung cancer genes. Gene selection is based on the expression signature and fold change between normal and diseased sample groups from previously published data and public and proprietary databases.
     The inflammation array, series –1, contains 192 elements, with 160 representing 80 oligonucleotide probes for genes associated with inflammatory response.
     The arrays are shipped in a kit that includes ten arrays and he reagents for processing the arrays on the MGX 4D system.
