The new RT-KE color digital camera is designed for higher standards in qualitative fluorescence and brightfield imaging; it combines the KAI 2000 CCD chip from Kodak and enhanced cooling technology (46C differential from room temperature). The RT-KE offers a 19fps live mode utilizing a combination of 36MHz readout, programmable gain, high QE, and color mosaic technology. This makes finding and focusing quick and easy, even at low light levels.
     The RT-KE package includes the Spot dedicated software for Mac and PC platforms, complete with programmable gain, advanced editing functions, sequential imaging, calibration marks, measurement, database archiving, and report generation. Coupling to the microscope is easily done with a 1.0x C mount adapter.
