This company has introduced its DigiCam, a digital gel documentation system that provides high-resolution digital color images. The digital camera enhances the company’s Gene Tools gel analysis software that provides analysis of 1D fluorscent gels, autorad films, spot blots, colony plates and band qualification.
     The compact workstation is useful for labs where space is at a premium. The DigiCam is compatible with all laptop or desktop PC computers and UV or white light transilluminators.
