The UniRack is a new tube system designed to use minimum counter space while offering flexible configuration. It is compact and stackable. On one side it can hold up to 80 polystyrene 10mm and 12mm tubes. The rack also holds 1 to 5 ml cryogenic vials, and 1.5 and 2ml microcentrifuge tubes as well as all types of srew cap microtubes from 0.5 to 2ml. When flipped over to the other side, the rack can store up to 60 PCR or microcentrifuge tubes from 0.2 to 0.5ml.
     The units can be firmly anchored laterally to one another, allowing the user to store 80, 160, 240 or 320 tubes of different shapes, sizes and volumes.
     The UniRack is supplied with two removable handles for safety and stability. A transparent lid can allow a clear view of the contents. Additional units can stack on each other by small pins located on the cover.
     A frosted area on each side allows bar coding, labeling or writing. The UniRack is made of polypropelene and is autoclavable. Dimensions are 9.5”L x 2.5”W x 1”H
