The Stuart colony counter (SC6) is designed to provide fast and accurate counting of bacteria and mold colonies. With a digital readout of 0 to 999, the SC6 can count multiple plates, calculating the average colony count via the new built-in average count facility.
     The SC6 features an adjustable pressure sensitive count system that responds to any probe or felt-tip pen, providing an audible conformation of each count. Viewing of colonies is aided by peripheral, glare-free illumination. A Wolffhuegel graticule, segmentation disc and centering adapter for 50-90mm dishes are all provided, and a magnifier is available as an optional extra.
