APA specificity assays

To aid in the diagnosis of Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome

productThis company has introduced the Imuclone line of ELISAs for the measurement of specific anti-phospholipid antibodies (APA). All of these APA assays provide rapid quantification of autoantibodies from the plasma of patients exhibiting clinical symptoms of Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome (APS). This reduces false positives and demonstrates non-specific binding, while simultaneously supplying increased sensitivity and specificity.
Six Imuclone APA specific ELISAs are available currently, including anti-b2 glycoprotein I (IgG & IgM). These APA specificity assays can be run individually or together. Each of these APA specificity tests can be performed using only 200 mL of diluted, citrated plasma. The test kits come with reagents and cpmonents for 96 individual determinations.
