Cell washing system
66 second complete wash cycle
The UltraCW is available with 12- or 24-place rotors, each accepting 10x75mm or 12x75mm standard tubes. One complete wash cycle is performed in 66 seconds. The rotor design spins in the opposite direction during the decanting sequence locking all tube holders in place and eliminating the use of conventional plunger valves. The UltraCW comes equipped with a touch pad with digital LCD display, programming prompts and low saline/imbalance messages as well as time and wash cycle status. A flow meter electronically provides precise saline fills. Lid opening is prevented during operation by a lid interlock. The UltraCW can store multiple programs with wash cycles, saline volume per tube, spin time and speed. The system automatically agitates before each single spin. A check button allows interruption after each phase of the cell wash cycle for sample access. Helmer www.CLPmag.com Keywords: cell washing
