The CB-Protein Assay™ is a Coomassie Dye-based assay that, when mixed with protein solution, allows researchers to read the optical density of protein. A stable end point is attained in 5 minutes. This assay does not require prefiltering or dilutions.
     Protein can be assayed both in a test tube or in a microtiter plate format. The CB-Protein Assay, suitable for both high or low concentration of protein, will assay 500 test tube assays or 2,500 microtiter plate assays.
