Anti-Beta 2 Glycoprotein I and Anti-Prothrombin Kits

With single-point or multipoint calibration

pn01.jpg (11076 bytes)A new kit format for Anti-Beta 2 Glycoprotein I (aB2GPI) (IgG, IgM, IgA) and Anti-Prothrombin (aPT) (IgG, IgM) ELISA assays has received FDA 510(k) clearance. Test kits can perform the assay with a single-point calibrator or by utilizing a multipoint, four-calibrator linear regression analysis. The multipoint format offers three individual human-source samples as calibrators, with the sample diluent used as a zero point (fourth calibrator).
