The CardioImmune proBNP Control monitors the laboratory performance of proBNP in three levels on the Roche Diagnostics instrument systems. Level 1 is targeted at a cutoff for patients of less than 75 years of age. This product offers a 2-year shelf life when stored at –20°C and an open-vial stability of 30 days when stored at 2° to 8°C. The product is packaged in 6 x 3 mL format. Assayed values are provided for Roche Elecsys instrument systems.
