The JEWETT® BBR55 upright blood bank refrigerator accommodates up to 720 (450-mL) blood bags in a 55-cubic-foot interior. Designed to meet AABB, ANRC, and FDA requirements, the BBR55 features a forced-air circulation system for fast pulldown, rapid temperature recovery, and superior 4°C temperature uniformity. The advanced HemaPro 2000™ monitoring system provides a simultaneous display of upper- and lower-cabinet temperatures, high- and low-temperature alarms, a door-ajar alarm, battery backup, an RS282 serial port for data export to a PC, and a built-in event log.
     Standard features on the BBR55 include two multipane heated glass doors designed to eliminate condensation and fogging, 12 storage drawers, a 7-day circular chart recorder, and a stainless-steel interior with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Temperature control is achieved by a solid-state electronic controller that is preset for 4°C operation.
     A wide range of options and accessories is available, including remote monitors, voltage stabilizers, and plastic drawer dividers.
