HRP Detection System
Uses a proprietary non-biotin polymeric technology
The Super Sensitive Non-Biotin HRP Detection System, a Polymer Detection Kit, aids in the visualization of antigen-antibody binding reactions, such as in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining procedures. The system uses a proprietary non-biotin polymeric technology that makes use of two major components: a Post-Antibody Blocking Reagent (SuperBlock Reagent) and Polymerized HRP conjugated to an anti-mouse and anti-rabbit antibody (Poly-HRP Reagent). The slides containing tissue are incubated with rabbit or mouse primary antibody, which are subsequently treated with SuperBlock Reagent followed by a secondary antibody Poly-HRP Reagent conjugated before the addition of the chromogen such as AEC or DAB. The Super Sensitive Non-Biotin HRP Detection System comes in ready-to-use (60 slides), large volume (500 slides), and mega volume (1,000 slides) formats. BioGenex www.CLPmag.com
