    The kit includes all reagents needed for in situ hybridization, including anti-biotin or anti-fluorescein antibody, biotinylated secondary antibody, enzyme-streptavidin conjugate, chromogen/substrate, counterstain, mounting medium, protein block, and all required buffers. The kits are available with a choice of AEC, BCIP/NBT, DAB, Fast Red, chromogenic end point, and Phycoerythrin for fluorescent end point. Each kit contains enough reagents for staining 60 slides.
