Western Re-Probe™ enables researchers to repeat the analysis of Western blots with multiple probes. The solution, which is supplied in a 125 mL kit sufficient for 25 to 30 standard blots, is specifically formulated to dissociate and remove antibodies from the membrane-bound protein without destroying antigenic binding affinity. This also removes chemiluminescent or radio-isotopic signals from the blots, allowing the stripped blots to be analyzed with new probes.
