The MicroFD™ BNP Control is assayed with values for the Biosite Triage® BNP Test, Roche Elecsys® proBNP Test, and Bayer ADVIA Centaur®. This freeze-dried quality control is available in 0.5 mL and a 1.9 mL plastic vials. It is stable for 2 years unopened at 2° to 8°C. Open vial stability, once reconstituted, is now 8 hours (Biosite Triage and Bayer ADVIA Centaur) or 5 days (Roche Elecsys), depending on which assay is being monitored.
