The Scienceware® Tube Ice Rack provides an inexpensive solution for keeping samples at a cool temperature while on the countertop. With a capacity of up to 50 1.5 mL tubes (or other tubes with a diameter of less than 12 mL), the two-piece rack is designed for long life and heavy usage. The unique design incorporates a deep tray to hold more ice and water and extend use time.

The racks have a flat perimeter rim that provides space for labeling tape and they are stackable with identical racks. All parts are molded of sturdy polypropylene and are steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).

An optional polypropylene cover is available to further protect the tubes during transport or storage.
