ThermoBrite™ is a new programmable temperature controlled slide processing system. It automates the denaturation and hybridization steps in slide-based fluorescent in situ hybridization (F)ISH assays, and provides walk-away convenience for clinical and research laboratory personnel. The easy-to-use, low-cost unit accepts a wide range of sample types and reduces hands-on time while ensuring precision and accuracy in (F)ISH assays.

Although up to 12 slides can be processed at once, the system does not need to be fully loaded to maintain temperature accuracy. It offers temperature uniformity and heats slides to temperatures ideal for (F)ISH procedures. The lid seals tightly to allow for optimal chamber humidity.

The ThermoBrite includes an easy-to-read back-lit display and a slide guide to keep slides in place and allow for easy positioning and removal. A numeric keyboard allows the user to program up to 40 temperature/time protocols. The system can also be used as a fixed-temperature slide warmer.
