More than 190 products for fertility and reproductive function, androgen assessment, mineral and salt balance, growth factors, metabolism, disease markers, thyroid function, and serology are offered through Diagnostic Systems Laboratories (DSL) in Houston. To complement this range of immunoassay products, DSL also offers more than 380 research reagents, including peptides and/or specific antibodies for inhibins, leptins, orexins, ghrelin, and the various members of the GH-IGF-IGFBP axis.

Lab services are CLIA-certified, and an extensive endocrine test menu includes growth factors, steroid hormones, and inhibin assays. Clinical trial services are provided primarily to biotech and pharmaceutical industries, and contract research services are also provided.
