Inhibin A ELISA
For diagnosing and monitoring hormonal reproductive disorders
Clinical research indicates that A ELISA may prove to be an early risk marker for preeclampsia. The Inhibin A ELISA utilizes two highly specific antibodies in a two-site sandwich system to detect dimeric inhibin A in serum and plasma. The procedure does not require sample pretreatment or extensive reagent preparation, allowing it to be easily performed in clinical laboratories. The kits are available in one- and four-plate configurations to accommodate low- and high-volume laboratories. The method can be performed manually or fully automated on open-platform microplate systems. Diagnostic Systems Laboratories (800) 231-7979; www.dslabs.com
