When equipped with a 24-place segmented rotor, the Hettich Haematokrit 20 centrifuge allows for hematocrit determination with standard capillaries. With this model, every capillary has its own segment or chamber, and the lid of the rotor serves as an evaluation disc and cover. When equipped with the 20-place rotor, the Haematokrit 20 is used for quantitative buffy coat analysis.
     Speed, time, impulse run, and open lid function can be easily entered on the keypad. Actual values of the parameters are displayed during centrifugation.
