IRMA Trupoint measures pH, blood gases, hematocrit, electrolytes, and other chemistries. The system utilizes electrochemical sensor technology with an interactive touch screen that prompts the user through the test procedure. Patient results are available in 90 seconds by way of single-use test cartridges. Each cartridge is self-calibrating and self-contained, requiring no additional reagents. The IRMA Trupoint is portable and features an onboard printer, data management system, and connectivity. These features help improve regulatory compliance, reduce medical errors, and enable clinicians to intervene early in a patient’s treatment.
