The Rapidpoint 405 critical care analyzer allows real-time access to the oxygenation status of critically ill patients, enabling more precise therapeutic management decisions and better patient care. The CO-oximetry module offers five new hemoglobin tests: the tHb, O2Hb, COHb, MetHb, and HHb. These tests aid in the assessment of medical emergencies, including hypoxia, burns, sepsis, poisoning, acute respiratory distress syndrome, multiple organ failure, septic shock, and blood loss, as well as toxicology screening and postoperative recovery.
     Rapidpoint 405 provides maintenance-free operation, a sample management system, and onboard quality management, and is capable of reporting results within 60 seconds.
