The Poly stat hCG two-line point-of-care test is a rapid, visual test that provides results in 30 seconds for a strong positive; negative confirmation requires 5 minutes. The CLIA-waived two-line cassette test features one line for a patient result and one line for the control result. The control line is a procedural control, which assures the operator that the sample addition and migration through the device has occurred and that the antibodies are intact and functional. A positive result shows two lines and a negative result shows one line.
     The Poly stat hCG two-line test has a sensitivity of 20 mIU/mL. The test result is clear and there is no background interference.
