The Axeda DRM™ (device relationship management) system enables proactive, remote servicing of the ADVIA Centaur® immunoassay system and other laboratory instruments. With the addition of the Axeda DRM solution, instrument manufacturers can monitor, manage, and service intelligent devices deployed at remote customer sites. Instrument data is securely transmitted via the Internet from remote equipment to service representatives.
Axeda DRM helps minimize support calls while also reducing the number of unscheduled or unnecessary service visits. The system is compliant with patient information protection regulations, such as 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA.
