     PROCEED capabilities enable users to create and edit technical manuals that adhere to the NCCLS format. COMPLIANCE PROCEED includes software for creating and editing procedures, universal lab precautions, nine specimen collection and handling procedures, a software user’s manual, and a binder to store completed procedures.
