Available on Beckman Coulter’s IMMAGE® immunochemistry system, the ß2M assay is designed for the quantitative determination of ß2M in human serum and plasma by rate nephelometry.
     The test is a liquid, ready-to-use reagent requiring a sample volume of 48 µL and offers a measuring range of 0.5 mg/L to 20 mg/L. It also provides a 7-day calibration stability within run precision of <5.0% and total precision of <7.0%, and has minimal reaction to common interferences such as bilirubin, lipid, and hemoglobin.
