Available in a variety of widths, the Heraeus™ HERAsafe™ KS Class II safety cabinets from Kendro incorporates features designed to improve user comfort and maximize contamination prevention. HERAsafe KS models employ parameter setting via handheld remote control. The remote control feature and eye-level digital display eliminate the need for operators to exit from the controlled environment or lean awkwardly to adjust or read parameters during operation.
     An aerosol-tight, motorized front window and transparent sides provide unobstructed viewing. The front window is slanted for a more comfortable, fatigue-free working posture, and is hinged to allow total access to the interior for the installation of large items or thorough cleaning and disinfecting. A HEPA filter system guarantees maximum absorption of 99.999% at a particle size of 0.3 micrometers. HERAsafe KS safety cabinets are fully customizable, with options that include a high-efficiency, dual-beam UV germicidal lamp configuration. Crossbeam irradiation illuminates the entire working area for better disinfection without causing shadows.
