Noninvasive ROM Test

Detects placental alpha microglobulin-1

AmniSure™ eliminates the multiplicity of current testing methods for detecting placental alpha microglobulin-1 (PAMG-1), an abundant protein in amniotic fluid. Significant leakage of amniotic fluid increases the PAMG-1 concentration in cervico-vaginal secretions by a factor of thousands. AmniSure has a sensitivity threshold of 5–7 ng/mL, which allows the noninvasive test to rapidly detect minuscule amounts of released amniotic fluid.
