The flexiPERM silicon inserts are an alternative to traditional preset, slide-based culture chambers. The inserts are available in 4-, 8- and 12-chamber formats and stick without adhesives to smooth culture surfaces such as glass, plastic, or lumox™. This feature allows users to subdivide culture surfaces such as slides and dishes. No special tools or solvents are required to remove flexiPERM. Once removed, a hydrophobic “virtual well” is left behind, facilitating fixing and staining. FlexiPERM inserts are nontoxic to cells, and can be resterilized and reused.
