The H00K™ Biotin application kit gives researchers the option of obtaining individual reagents or complete application kits, supplied with functional biotin reagents and buffers. The entire labeling procedure can be done using a single Tube-O-Dialyzer. The user transfers the sample into the Tube-O-Dialyzer, optimizes the sample for efficient coupling by dialyzing against the optimized buffer supplied with each kit, adds the functional biotin reagent, and incubates. Finally, the user dialyzes to remove un-reacted biotin.
     The H00K Biotin application kit is suitable for labeling 100 mg proteins. Individual accessory items are available for customized applications.
