The IMS-4000 infrastructure monitoring system is capable of simultaneously monitoring computer networks and IT devices. The system’s remote-monitoring system monitors critical environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, smoke, water, intrusion, and power outages in the computer room. The IMS-4000 features voice-activated capabilities, which enable the system to deliver critical information to the user from anywhere by way of fax, email, phone, pagers, and PADS. The system is designed to grow with a facility’s infrastructure, allowing as many as 31 IMS nodes for a total of 256 environmental variables and 2,048 TCP/IP addresses and 32 separate power locations.
