The i.Center™ Integrated Monitoring System is available on i.Series models from HELMER. The i.Center is the heart of the i.Series family of products, which includes blood bank refrigerators, plasma storage freezers (-30°C) and platelet storage systems. Features of i.Center include a large LCD view screen, password-protected configuration, automatic alarm testing, self-monitoring refrigeration system, and 24-hour temperature graph. Also included are an event log for viewing alarm conditions, continuous automatic battery check system, alarm programming, and adjustable alarm volumes.
     The i.Series blood bank refrigerators are available in single- and double-door models and feature a stainless steel interior, Sure-Seal self-closing doors, and bacteria-resistant powder coating.
     The i.Series plasma storage freezers provide specific i.Center capabilities for operation at temperatures below freezing. These include a defrost log for recording refrigeration performance and a defrost icon alerting users that a defrost cycle is in progress. The freezers are configured with eight stainless-steel pull-out drawers or four stainless-steel pull-out drawers and four adjustable shelves.
i.Series platelet storage systems are equipped with the AgiTrak system that monitors the function of i.Series platelet agitators placed into an i.Series platelet incubator. Agitator speed, cycle count, and alarm conditions are monitored and recorded.
